These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Member") and Tom Baker, sole trader (England & Wales) ("we", "us", "our" or "Traffic Spacebar"), operator of the Traffic Spacebar website at trafficspacebar.com and related domains (the "Service").

You agree to these Terms by creating an account, signing in, surfing for credits, purchasing a top-up pack, enrolling in autoship, referring members, claiming commissions or otherwise using the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country of residence.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate, fraudulent, bot-operated or impersonation accounts will be terminated and any balances, packs or commissions forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@trafficspacebar.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Profile information you publish (display name, contact card, recommended opportunity, bridge pages, etc.) must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Traffic Spacebar provides web-based digital advertising tools, including (without limitation) a manual traffic exchange, advertiser dashboards, capture/bridge pages, list-building tools, an affiliate compensation plan, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). Specific features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific volumes of traffic, advertising results, conversions, sales, or income.

• Surf credits are an internal accounting unit used to display advertisements on the Service. They have no cash value, are non-transferable (except where explicitly enabled in-app), and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Default surf earn rate is 0.5 credits per view. Members grandfathered from the legacy paid Surf Pro / HoH List Builder products keep an elevated rate while their qualifying period is active; once it ends, they revert to 0.5/view automatically.
• We may adjust surf rates, view timers, captcha checks and other anti-fraud controls at any time. Credits earned in violation of acceptable use (section 10) may be removed.
• Promotional credits and goodwill grants may be reversed if related activity is later found to be fraudulent.

A "Top-up Pack" is a one-off purchase that grants you advertising credits and an income-earning position in the Traffic Spacebar matrix. Packs are sold in six tiers: $13.95, $26.95, $52.95, $104.95, $208.95 and $416.95 (USD).

• Each pack purchase creates one new matrix position. The pack price determines the position's permanent earn depth (15 to 20 levels). Earn depth is fixed for the life of that position and is not increased by later autoship runs.
• Packs of $26.95 and above can be enrolled in monthly autoship. Autoship rebills your stored payment method on the same calendar day each month and creates a new matrix position each time.
• You can cancel autoship at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future rebills and immediately ends your eligibility to "mop-up" (catch) rolled-up commissions on levels that require an active autoship of the matching tier (see section 6).
• All pack and autoship prices are quoted in US Dollars and exclusive of any local taxes that may apply to you.

The compensation plan pays Members in two ways: a flat referral fee on the packs your direct referrals buy, and matrix commissions on packs bought by anyone placed inside one of your matrix positions, down to that position's earn depth.

When a Member you personally referred buys a pack, you earn a flat referral fee, regardless of whether you currently own a paid position:

6.2 Matrix commissions

• Traffic Spacebar uses one universal forced 2×15 matrix rooted at the "Founders Fund" position. Every pack purchase creates a new position in that universal matrix, placed under the buyer's referrer where possible (or in global spillover otherwise).
• Each filled slot inside one of your positions, down to that position's earn depth, generates a small matrix commission to you. Earn depth is set by the pack you bought (see table above) and never changes for that position.
• Commissions on levels deeper than a position's earn depth "roll up" to the next ancestor whose own position is paid to that level and who currently has an active autoship of a tier whose earn depth covers that level (the "mop-up" rule). If no qualifying ancestor exists, the commission rolls up to the Founders Fund.
• Commissions are credited to your account as they are earned and become payable subject to the payout rules in section 7.
• We reserve the right to adjust commission amounts, depth rules, mop-up rules, and matrix mechanics at any time, with prospective effect, where reasonably necessary to keep the plan sustainable, fair, or compliant.

6.3 One account per person

• Each individual may hold a single Traffic Spacebar account. You may not create a second account for the purpose of referring yourself and capturing the direct-referral fee.
• Where we detect signals consistent with a self-referral (e.g. the same payment card, browser, device cookie, or network used across both accounts), we reserve the right to (a) hold or void the resulting referral commission, (b) redirect it to the original upline sponsor, and (c) close the duplicate account. Members who realise they've done this can voluntarily pass the commission up from their dashboard with no further action taken.

• Earned commissions become eligible for payout once they clear any pending / hold period and once a payout method is set up on your account.
• We support payouts by USDC on Base (no minimum) and bank / Wise transfers (subject to the minimums shown in the payout panel). On-chain crypto payouts are final and irreversible once broadcast.
• You are responsible for providing correct payout details (wallet address, bank info, etc.). We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address you supplied.
• Where a commission was paid out and the underlying purchase is later refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, we may reverse, deduct, or claw back the related commission from your future earnings.
• You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax, VAT, social charges or duties on income earned through the Service in your country of residence.

• Because a pack instantly creates a permanent matrix position, delivers advertising credits, and may immediately trigger commissions to other Members, packs are treated as a digital service fully performed at the moment of purchase. To the extent permitted by law (including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you expressly waive any cooling-off / withdrawal right by purchasing a pack or enrolling in autoship.
• You can cancel autoship at any time from your dashboard to stop future rebills. Cancellation does not refund any past charge.
• In rare cases of duplicate billing or a clear technical error on our part, contact support@trafficspacebar.com within 7 days and we will investigate in good faith.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all credits, positions and commissions.

You must not, and must not assist anyone else to:

• Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, VPN/proxy farms, or any other means to game surfing, captchas, signups, referrals, votes, or commissions.
• Promote pages that contain malware, phishing, illegal content, hate speech, sexually explicit material involving minors, or anything unlawful in your or our jurisdiction.
• Send spam in our name, falsify CAN-SPAM / UK GDPR / PECR consent, or use our List Builder mailer to email people who have not opted in.
• Make false or misleading earnings claims, present Traffic Spacebar as an investment / security / "passive income" product, or otherwise breach the Earnings Disclaimer in section 8.
• Reverse engineer the Service, scrape data at scale, attack the infrastructure, or interfere with other Members' use of the Service.

• The Service, the Traffic Spacebar name, the Spacebar keycap logo, and all underlying software, design, copy and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose for as long as your account is in good standing.
• Content you submit (capture pages, ads, profile data, mailer templates) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, route and serve it as needed to operate the Service.

We process personal data only to operate, secure and improve the Service, to bill packs and autoship, to pay commissions, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Where we use third-party processors (payment providers, email infrastructure, fraud screening, hosting), they act under contract and only on our instructions. By using the Service you acknowledge these data practices.

• You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Closing the account stops future autoship rebills and ends your access to paid features. It does not entitle you to a refund of any past purchase.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms (especially sections 2, 9 or 10), where required by law, or where continued provision of the Service to you would expose us or other Members to material risk.
• On termination, any unpaid commissions, unspent credits and matrix positions may be forfeited where the termination is for cause.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Subject to that:

• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uptime, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost referrals, lost goodwill or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) US$100.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside if necessary to enforce these Terms.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@trafficspacebar.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute.

• Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the documents referenced in section 1) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to any successor entity (e.g. on incorporation of the business).
• No employment / partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship between you and us. You are an independent participant.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
